Thanks for the trust from the client. We finished the packing and shipped to agent's warehouse on March 4th,2019.
This is a project in Lebanon,8 meters height partitions,using the steal materials,including the steel tracks,the steel rollers and the steel haging clips.
Totally around 480 square meters.
Actually our steel system can support 900 KG materials,so that is enough to support the panels for this project.

For this project,we just delivered the accessories yesterday by air, and we will send our engineer(Mr. Zeng) to Lebanon to supervise the installation.

The structure of movable wall partitions
The BUNGE movable wall partitions structure is composed of aluminum profiles, sheets of treated particleboard or MDF and insulation. The combined structure forms a panel that has a total thickness of 82 mm and depending on the insulation material ensures a soundproof resistance of 32-53dB (decibels).
When the acoustic room divider is supported at the ceiling it runs along an adjustable aluminum upper track that is equipped with bearings inside of carriages. This enables the walls height to be adjusted by ±18 mm. The carriages are installed on every second wall panel and are located at the center of the panel. Because the acoustic room dividers wall hangs from the ceiling, it is important for the installation of the wall that the wall is attached to something solid (i.e. concrete ceiling, steel structure, wood beam etc.).
In the case that the folding wall is supported by the ground, an aluminum track is installed on the floor where the carriages move the wall and at the top there is a guiding track. The height is also adjustable by ±18 mm.
How to choose the partition walls
First, there are 65-type, 80-type, 85-type, 100-type and ultra-high-type partitions. The general area is small, and the indoor height is less than 3 meters. It is recommended to use 65-type movable partitions, economical, and larger space, like exhibition halls, theaters , Hotel lobby, you can see the situation to choose the thickness and height of the activities of the partition.
